2. MANAGEMENT OF CONTACTS

Purpose: to manage queries and requests for information sent by users through the contact form, email or WhatsApp on the Website.

Lawful basis: consent of the data subject, given when submitting their data through the enabled contact channels (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention: the data will be retained while the query is being handled and, subsequently, for the periods of limitation of liability applicable by law.

Recipients: no data is passed to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation.

3. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE

Purpose: to manage the relationship with users who request information about accommodation and, where applicable, to process the booking via the Lodgify platform.

Lawful basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual relationship (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).

Retention: data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial, etc.).

Recipients: Lodgify, as a property and reservation management platform in its capacity as data processor, as well as any Public Administrations or bodies that are legally competent.

4. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we at SVM LIVIT, S.L.U. are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. SVM LIVIT, S.L.U. will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or the exercise or defence of potential claims.

In the event of a personal data security breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, SVM LIVIT, S.L.U. shall notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as well as the affected data subjects when the breach entails a high risk to their rights and freedoms, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
