2. MANAGEMENT OF CONTACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose: to manage queries and requests for information sent by users through the contact form, email or WhatsApp on the Website.<\/p>\n

Retention: the data will be retained while the query is being handled and, subsequently, for the periods of limitation of liability applicable by law.<\/p>\n

3. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose: to manage the relationship with users who request information about accommodation and, where applicable, to process the booking via the Lodgify platform.<\/p>\n

Lawful basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual relationship (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Retention: data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial, etc.).<\/p>\n

Recipients: Lodgify, as a property and reservation management platform in its capacity as data processor, as well as any Public Administrations or bodies that are legally competent.<\/p>\n

4. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we at SVM LIVIT, S.L.U. are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.<\/p>\n

Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims.<\/p>\n
